CCPA compliance ensures that any personal information collected during the eSigning process is handled in a way that respects the privacy of the individuals involved.
Use Cases:
• Consent Collection
• Data Subject Requests
• Third-Party Data Sharing Agreements

ESIGN and UETA
Going paperless isn't just about saving trees; it's about boosting business efficiency. Streamlined document workflows, simplified administrative tasks, and secure document storage bring immense value. But what good is a digital signature? With our ESIGN & UETA compliance, digital signatures are as legally binding as ink on paper, and even more secure.
Use Cases:
• Agreement Signing
• Regulated Industries
• Compliance and Record-Keeping
• Vendor Agreements
• Retial and eCommerce

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
While still very secure, this is the most basic authentication level. The agreement is sent by email and the signer authenticates themselves by being able to access the emailed agreement for signing.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
With MFA turned on, your sent documents will have your signer confirm their identity two ways before they can access the document. Basically, the signer will have to gain access to the document in the email account and will be emailed or sent a code by text that they will need to enter to open the document. Super secure, super simple.

Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA)
This level of authentication will require the signer to answer questions that only they should have the answers to. Things like social security number, mothers maiden name, and more will be used to verify that the signer is in fact the person who the document is for before they can open it.

Qualified Electronic Signature (QES)
The highest level of authentication, face-to-face (in-person or online) identity verification can be yours. Gain access to our ZealiD integration with our compliance modules. **A separate paid ZealiD account is required.
