Foxit PDF Editor is a versatile software program that enables you to create, modify, and edit PDF files. 1. Explore the Ribbon Interface
Foxit PDF Editor uses a ribbon interface that makes it easy to access the different commands. It is similar to the interface used in Microsoft Office applications. The ribbon interface consists of different tabs that group commands by functionality. Click on any tab to see the available commands. You can also hover over a command to see a brief description of its function.
2. Use the Quick Access Toolbar
The Quick Access Toolbar is another way to access frequently used commands in Foxit PDF Editor. It is located above the Command Toolbar and lets you add your favorite commands for easy access. You can customize the Quick Access Toolbar by right-clicking the ribbon area, choosing the “Customize Quick Access Toolbar” option, and adding or removing commands as desired.
3. Use the Keyboard Shortcuts

4. Use the Tell Me field
To quickly find a command you need, click in the Tell me field (or press Alt +Q) near a bubble 
on the ribbon and type the name or description of the command. Then Foxit PDF Editor will display a list of matching commands from which you can select and activate the desired feature.
