Foxit Software Refund Policy

NO WARRANTY ON LICENSED SOFTWARE

THE LICENSED SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO LICENSEE "AS IS". FOXIT, AND FOXIT'S LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS, MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO ITS USE OR PERFORMANCE. FOXIT, AND FOXIT'S LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS, MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, OR TERMS (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, CUSTOM, USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, TRADE PRACTICE OR OTHERWISE) AS TO THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT FOR, AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT THAT, ANY SUCH REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY CONDITION OR TERM MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN LICENSEE'S JURISDICTION.

If a non-subscription product is directly purchased from Foxit, it is eligible for return within 14 days from the date of receipt.

The refund eligibility is contingent upon the timing of cancellation and the type of purchase.

For a monthly plan, a refund can be obtained if cancellation takes place within 7 days of the initial purchase.

For an annual plan that is pre-paid, a refund can be obtained if cancellation takes place within 14 days of the initial purchase.

For an annual plan paid on a monthly basis, a refund can be obtained if cancellation takes place within 7 days of the initial purchase. However, no refund will be provided if cancellation occurs beyond 7 days of the initial purchase.

In rare instances Foxit may, at our discretion, issue a refund if Foxit cannot resolve a substantial issue where the product does not conform to the product's documentation. When Foxit deems a refund is appropriate, the refund paid will be the purchase price minus the order processing and banking fees (5% of the purchase price). In such instances, Foxit requires that purchaser to provide enough information for us to positively identify the original purchase transaction (e.g., order number, company name, date of transaction, purchase code, number of licenses purchased, etc.).
