You might be responsible for creating a PDF file to support your company’s financial reports or for a presentation to colleagues.  Or, you need to covert Word to PDFJPG to PDFExcel to PDF or another format such as .html, .png, .xcl etc. This can happen if you’re archiving the file for long-term access, or if you need to publish it online and want to ensure it can be viewed by anyone trying to access it.

  • Drag the document you want to convert onto the Foxit PDF Editor desktop icon  .
  • If Foxit PDF Editor is open, drag and drop the file directly into the application window.
  • Right-click the document icon you want to convert and choose Convert to PDF in Foxit PDF Editor.
