How the Integration Works
Install the Worldox Client
The local Worldox client (GX3 or GX4) must be installed and running on the same system as Foxit PDF Editor. The client bridges the desktop PDF software and the on-premise Worldox repository.
Connect via Add a Place
Navigate to File > Open > Add a place > Worldox and sign in with your credentials. Worldox is permanently added to Foxit's Open and Save As menus.
Browse, Open & Check Out
Browse Worldox client-matter folders directly from the Foxit interface. Opening a PDF automatically checks the file out and locks it in the repository while you edit.
Save, Version & Upload
Click Save to push the document back to the Worldox server. Save as a new version or overwrite the existing file. Use Save As > Worldox to upload new PDFs with full client-matter indexing via the profile card.
