To generate the upgraded activation codes or license keys, we need some initial information from you. Please fill out the information below and submit it, you will receive an email with activation codes/license keys soon.

Note: If you’re a Foxit PDF Editor subscription user with an active subscription, you can install the latest version and log in with your account to upgrade your products. If you have any issues, please submit a trouble ticket via our Support Portal or contact us at 1-866-693-6948.

Software Delivery

  • All of Foxit's software is delivered electronically through download links in an email, so there will be no physical items shipped to your address. Foxit will deliver your purchased software along with a license key(s) to the email address in your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact Foxit at your earliest convenience.
