Edit an image object outside Foxit PDF Editor

Foxit PDF Editor allows you to edit an image object in a PDF using other applications including Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, or Microsoft Paint. To do it, open your document and then do the following steps.

  1. Choose Edit > Edit Object > Image
  2. Right-click the image object you want to edit, choose Edit Using, and select the desired application from the context menu you want to use to edit the image. If you do not see the one you want, choose Open With… to select other applications.
  3. Edit the image in your selected editing application.
  4. After you complete editing, directly save your changes in the editing application. The image will be also automatically updated in your PDF at the same time.
