Use the Gmail MCP Service in the AI Chat Panel

In the AI Chat Panel, enable the newly added Gmail MCP service by checking its option. Then, ask the AI assistant a question like: “Who is the sender of my latest Gmail message?” If this is the first time using Gmail via this MCP server, the assistant may prompt you to complete the Gmail OAuth login. Simply follow the instructions to authorize access. Once authorized, the assistant will use the MCP server to retrieve your latest email and respond with the sender’s information.

Troubleshooting and Tips

For a full list of MCP Servers to connect, such as Salesforce, Jira, and ServiceNow, visit this webpage.
This is a required security step (OAuth) where you grant the MCP server permission to access your data. This is necessary to manage your MCP instances and authorize access to services like Gmail.
First, double-check that you selected the correct server type (e.g., "Streamable HTTP"). Then, ensure the MCP Endpoint URL was copied and pasted exactly into the URL field in the Foxit MCP Manager.
