Foxit AI Assistant and ai.foxit.com utilizes a credit-based system for interactions with AI-powered tools. Credits are deducted based on usage, including submitting text prompts, selecting suggested prompts, or using AI-powered features within the defined limits.
Credit Allocation
Foxit AI Assistant in our subscription Reader and Editor productions, along with our standalone AI platform ai.foxit.com, share a common credit pool. Credit allocation is as follows:
- Free Credits: 20 free credits per month.
- Paid Credits: 2,000 credits per month.
Credit Usage by Feature
- Foxit PDF Editor Subscription Models and PDF Reader
- Each AI Assistant action that is executed uses a 1 credit, regardless of the complexity or length of the task.
- ai.foxit.com
- Each prompt/question submitted depletes 1 credit.
Additional Notes
- Foxit AI Assistant is currently an add-on feature available for use within Foxit PDF Editor Subscriptions, Foxit PDF Reader, and ai.foxit.com.
- Credits reset monthly based on the subscription cycle.
- If all credits are depleted, AI-powered features within the AI Assistant tab or within the ai.foxit.com platform will be unavailable until the next reset.
